How long is the tour?

Tour duration depends on the option you choose:

• Regular Tour: 3 hours.

• Adventure Tour: 5 hours.

• All-Inclusive Tour: 6 hours.

Is the tour suitable for beginners?
Yes, the Regular Tour is great for beginners with moderate fitness. For a more intense experience, the Adventure Tour is perfect.

Can I bring children on the tour?
Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult and able to walk through the terrain. We recommend the Regular Tour for younger children.

What happens if it rains?
The tour continues even with rain, as the beauty of La Leona Waterfall is stunning in all weather conditions. However, in the case of extreme weather, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour for safety reasons.

Can I join a tour without a reservation?
Yes, you can join a tour without a reservation. Tours start every 30 minutes from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. If you prefer a more personalized experience, you can also book a private
 
Are there differences between the three routes?
Yes, each route offers a unique experience:

•  Shortcut Route (30 mins walk): The easiest and fastest way to reach the waterfall. Great for travelers short on time but still in good physical shape.

•  Regular Route: A scenic 3-hour round trip through natural trails, river crossings, and mild climbs.

•  Extreme Route: Only available at Finca Curubandá. This is an adventurous 5-hour journey with rock climbing (~6 meters), jumps (~5 meters), swimming, and canyon exploration. Not recommended for people with heart or knee problems.

Is the Extreme Tour suitable for everyone?
No. The Extreme Tour is not recommended for people with cardiac or joint issues, or for children under 8. It requires good physical condition, and participants must be comfortable with swimming, climbing, and jumping.
